A lot of people think they’re healthy if they’re eating a diet high in animal products.
But there are some people who actually believe they’re sick because they’re vegans or vegetarians.
And the National Review recently ran an article on the subject that featured an interview with a vegan, a vegetarian, and a former vegans.
One of them, who goes by the name “The Nutty Vegan,” said that the idea that vegans are sick because we eat meat is a lie.
Here’s what he had to say about that: “The reality is that the majority of vegans have never had a food allergy or any sort of serious food intolerances.
They just don’t eat meat or dairy.”
So, the idea of vegan health is just a myth.
The Nutty Veg says the reason people think vegans can’t be healthy is because they eat meat.
But the truth is, most vegans don’t really eat meat, which is why most people think the myth is false.
That’s not to say that people don’t have other health problems like celiac disease or diabetes.
But vegans aren’t necessarily healthy because they don’t consume meat.
If vegans eat meat then their chances of developing a food allergies are pretty high.
And even if they do develop some sort of food allergy, those problems will usually be treated at home.
The nutty vegan said the main thing to look for in a health-conscious diet is a focus on foods that are healthy, like whole grains, beans, and legumes.
If you can’t eat these foods, you probably aren’t eating enough of them.
And if you’re not eating enough whole grains and beans, you likely aren’t getting enough of the nutrients you need.
He said vegans should focus on those foods with lots of healthy nutrients.
And he said that focusing on those nutrients can help make sure you’re eating enough calories to maintain your healthy weight.
