I don’t have much experience making crockpots, so I was shocked when I tried this crock-pot meal recipe.
It’s not very difficult, but it does require some planning.
The ingredients are simple: chicken, carrots, potatoes, potatoes skins, onions, beans, tomatoes, cheese, and bread.
The crock is ready when the chicken is cooked.
It takes just 5 minutes to cook.
The recipe comes with a full-size chicken pot and the instructions are very simple.
If you want to keep the same basic ingredients, you can substitute any variety of vegetables, but I personally like to add onions and beans to make it more vegetarian.
I also use dried beans instead of canned because I have a whole lot of beans in my pantry, but you could also use whole beans.
I am not vegan, so you can use any meatless protein of your choice if you are not vegetarian.
The meal comes together in about an hour.
