I’m starting to wonder what all the fuss is about when it comes to plant-foods for a family meal.
There’s been a lot of interest in the subject, so I thought I’d share some of the more popular ones that I found myself loving.
These are just some of my favorites: 1.

4) Keto Meats I love keto meals, but the easiest way to make keto-friendly keto recipes is to use a keto meal processor.
The easiest way is to buy a ketogenic meal processor and follow its instructions on the package.
Keto meal processors are great for making keto foods, but you can also make your own.
The keto processor makes it super easy to mix up your own keto protein.
5) Kettle Corn Oats These gluten-laden potato-based keto breads are one I love to make.
They are low in calories, and are easy to throw together.
6) Kefilter Kefils are a ketosis-friendly vegan keto recipe that is perfect for making a meal with your family or friends.
