Keto-Friendly Keto Meal ReplacementsFor this recipe, we’ll use a mix of ground beef and shredded coconut.
If your food tastes like this, you can easily substitute ground beef with a low-fat option like coconut oil or peanut butter.
You’ll want to use coconut oil, because coconut oil tends to absorb oils more easily than other fats.
I found that I could eat about 1/4 cup of coconut oil per day without feeling any extra fat.
You can also use coconut milk or almond milk instead of coconut.
You don’t have to use almond milk or coconut milk, as long as you use the lowest fat option.
In the video, I used 1/2 cup of almond milk, which is just right for me.

Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium heat.2.
