Share with your friends Submit Ingredients Ingredients 3 tbsp vegetable oil (or other oil) 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp vegetable shortening (or flax seed oil) 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1/4 cup sesame oil (sesame seeds can be substituted) 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp salt 2 tbsp fish sauce 1 tsp rice vinegar Instructions Heat the oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add the coconut oil, shortening and rice vinegar, and saute until the coconut is cooked through, about 5 minutes.
Add in the chili powder and salt and cook for another minute or two, stirring frequently.
Stir in the fish sauce and cook until the fish is cooked.
Remove from heat.
Pour the mixture into the prepared fish bowls and top with the shredded lettuce, sesame seeds, cucumber, and sliced avocado.
Serve with your favorite salad dressing.
