Quick keto frozen meal for your body and mind.
You can make keto bone meal with a few simple ingredients, like ground beef, a few veggies, and your favorite spice.
You’ll need:1/2 lb ground beef (or chicken, pork, or turkey)1/4 cup of diced onions1/8 tsp.
pepper1/5 cup diced carrots1/10 tsp.
ground cinnamon1/16 tsp.
black pepperTo make bone meals, cook the ground beef until it’s browned.
Heat the onions and spices in a large pan over medium heat.
Cook the vegetables and cook until they’re soft.
Add the ground chicken, carrots, and spices and cook for another minute or so.
Add the diced onions, ground spices, and cook a few minutes until the vegetables are soft and starting to brown.
Add ground beef and continue to cook for about 3-4 minutes.
Add diced carrots, paprika, black pepper, salt, and pepper and continue cooking until the veggies are done.
Stir in the spice mix.
You can use ground beef for bone meal.
Or use any kind of vegetable.
For example, ground turkey, ground lamb, ground beef.
Or just beef bones.
Add whatever you’d like.

Here’s how to make the bone meal:In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add in the ground meat and cook over medium-low heat until it becomes very tender.
Remove from heat and set aside to cool for a couple of hours.
After it’s cooled, chop the meat into small pieces.
Mix all the meat and vegetables into a bowl and pour over the bones.
Add in the spices, black beans, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Add another 5 minutes and add in the carrots, spices, chili powder, and water.
Bring to a simmer and cook another 15-20 minutes or until the soup is bubbly.
Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
