The number one thing people love to ask me is, “How much does a healthy frozen meal cost?”
And it’s hard to find a specific answer because there are so many variables.
You could be ordering a meal online and paying a few bucks, or you could be walking out the door and getting your order delivered to your door.
So, to make it simple, I thought I’d look at a few different sources of information.
In this article, I’m going to use the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) as an example.
The FDA requires that every food item you buy be labeled with a health warning, nutrition information, and ingredient list.

As you can see, healthy meals are usually more expensive than frozen meals.
So to find out how much a healthy dinner costs, we’re going to take the average cost of a healthy-sized meal and multiply it by a number from 1 to 5.
(For example, a 1-ounce meal would cost about $3.75.)
To calculate the cost of your healthy meal, we need to know the amount of calories, carbohydrates, fiber, and protein in your meal.
For this example, we’ll use 1,000 calories, 7 grams of fat, 5 grams of protein, and 4 grams of carbohydrates.
The following is the cost per calorie of a typical healthy meal: 1,200 calories, 6 grams of carbohydrate, 2 grams of fiber, 4 grams protein 1,300 calories, 8 grams of carb, 4 calories of fat 1,400 calories, 12 grams of sugar, 4 percent of fat 3,000 calorie meals, 6.8 grams of carbs, 4.6 grams of sodium, 3.9 grams of dietary fiber 2,400 calorie meals 1,800 calories, 5.1 grams of macronutrients, 4 times as much protein 1 1,500 calorie meals 3 grams of fats, 4 of carbs 2,500 calories, 4 to 6 grams protein (3-4 grams of each) 1,600 calorie meals 2,800 to 3,400 grams of total carbohydrates, 5 to 15 grams protein, depending on the number of servings per meal The average cost per healthy meal varies depending on what kind of meal you’re ordering, but we’re just going to assume you’re buying one large meal.
To make it even simpler, let’s just assume you want a healthy one-pound meal.
So let’s assume the cost is $1.50 per serving.
This is the average serving size for a normal healthy meal that is approximately one pound.
That’s just one serving.
Now let’s take a look at the cost for a meal that’s just 1.5 pounds.
This meal would be $1 per serving and would be one serving large enough to feed 1 person.
For the cost to be $3 per serving, we can use the USDA’s average for one pound of food to estimate the average costs per serving for a one-quart serving.
The average costs for a typical one-pint serving of milk and milk products would be: 1.8 ounces 1.7 ounces 1 ounce 1.4 ounces 1 teaspoon 2 tablespoons 2 ounces 1 pound 1.1 pound 1 gallon 1 gallon (1/2 cup) 1 quart (12 ounces) 1 liter 1 liter (1 liter) 1 cup (1 quart) 1/2 gallon (3.5 ounces) One serving of soup or other nonalcoholic beverages (e.g., tea) or other alcoholic beverages (alcoholic) will typically cost between $2 and $4 per serving depending on where you purchase it.
If you’re a frequent traveler, you may want to consider purchasing meals on planes that carry snacks, drinks, or other beverages.
The cost of eating out also varies depending upon the type of restaurant you’re at.
I’ve also included restaurants that offer delivery for your convenience.
These restaurants charge more per serving because they have more staff to serve you.
For example, if you’re eating out with friends or family, you’re paying more per person.
And if you need to drive, you’ll need to book an additional fare.
So the final price per serving will depend on the type and size of the meal.
It’s important to note that you’re also responsible for making sure your meals are healthy.
To find out if your health needs are being met, talk to your doctor.
If your doctor agrees that your health condition is improving, then you can increase the amount and type of healthy meals you order.
